Looking for some pictures of plug wire installation on 440 msd Distributor cap. I would like pictures that shows where number 1 wire is. Thanks.

Number 1 can be wherever you want it to be. But generally it is around the 4 o’clock position.
 
Yes I know. I'm looking for pictures of how people routed the plug wires on the cap starting with number 1 plug wire.

Yep, in a CCW order. Where #1 is, is wherever you make it.
Your right it can be wherever you want, but I always locate it per the Service Manual. The way I look at it, it's around the 7 o'clock position.
 
I know the firing order. What I'm looking for is how people have routed the plug wires to make them neat on the distributor cap
 
That isn't real easy, to many wires have to cross the cap.

After looking at @OSDart 's picture I retract the above statement 4-5 o'clock position is correct. Also his routing looks great.
