I have a NOS piece that looks very similar to what is on your car I have a part # of 3504-731 but I have not been able to find a listing application for it I am including some pictures with measurements so if you can check the measurements on your car we can see if we have a match there are also 8 screw hole attaching points.I just found a web site that lists that trim number and it shows LR wheel well trim for 71 to 74 Dodge Coronet 4 dr except 71 Brhm the webs site is Len Dawsons Pass Motor Parts
