That’s a hell of a frame stretch job! That’s crazy!!!! Put a 53’ reefer or a possum belly moving trailer behind it and you won’t be able to get off the interstate to make the turns in the city lol! Neat truck ... lots of work!

The Reliable Carriers truck always have big *** sleeper like that. They have dozens of beautiful trucks.

That is the largest working truck on the road right now. It's a husband and wife team that pulls for Southern Pride, a company that hauls jet engines exclusively. The heaviest load that they pull is 11,000lbs. That is a 220 inch RV sleeper made by a company called ARI.

I met that couple in Walcott, Ia. at the Iowa 80 truck stop.
That type of sleeper is almost essential when hauling jet engines because of the amount of downtime that they experience. The money is fantastic, but I could never spend a week at some airport waiting to load/unload. I like my wheels turning.

Paul those guys get paid to sit around. I seriously considered leasing on but there was one problem. They want you to stay out a minimum of 45 days and at that time it was teams only.

Yeah, I spoke to them as well. They are no longer teams only, but they don't get home very often.
Even getting paid to sit around, I would lose my damn mind.
I have a hard time doing a 34 in my truck, let alone a week.

Sorry, but I am partial to Kenworths!!
Definitely some nice looking tractors! I would imagine that they try to stay west of the Mississippi given how congested things are here in the East.

You would be surprised where they take those trucks, Southern Pride services all airlines at all airports in North America.

I like my Petes and KWs, but I’m really partial to the B model Mack’s and Dodge heavies... nothing like them on the road... Granted an old bull dog with camel back will shake the fillings out of your head and work till you can’t go no more and keep on going. Soft cushy air ride saves dental bills.

Those lengthened trucks aren't really my thing but if it's your house I can see where they're coming from I guess.. I rode with my Dad in this Hayes arch truck. Pulling the front wheels off the ground for 50 or so feet while starting out with a drag and throwing both sticks around the cab and knowing if you miss a gear you'll need a Cat to hook on to you to get you started again is trucking.
