Nice supply of winter venison, one of my favorites! 440'

A close friend of mine just picked up his venison from the butcher
and he swears by Vacu-Packing all of it himself. He has given me
"care packages" throughout the year and always tastes and looks great.
That's alot of Meat!

Vacuum packing is the way to go. The place that processes my deer does it that way. You get a lot of freezer burn the way they have it packaged unless it gets eaten quickly in my experience.

Well someone can take those packages and put them in a Ziploc freezer bag and your good thanks for helping to control the heard from overpopulation January can be very bitter and hard on the wildlife

That ought to get you through a few months ! I love venison, in fact when my kids were little it was the only red meat they got. Hello David !

I can bring you over some. We have plenty.

Well done!!
