Anybody had any recent contact with US Cartool? Been calling them for the past 2 weeks. Nobody answers the phone. I have left messages, but no response. They don't have an email as far as I can tell. Very frustrating.......

No, not recently . . But their customer support has always been one of the best . . .

When I contacted them about the way the spring relocation kit lowered the mounting point in the rear they made a "new" model of the parts that moved the location point up where the original location was - and I was there at their shop watching make the changes and the parts !

One thought . . . Might they have been closed the last 2 weeks of the year for Holiday time off ? Just a thought ? ! ? !

When I spoke with the owner several months ago.....all his workers were layed off due to covid-19.....he was having problems with supplies and workers

Oh no ! ! ! He's about 2 hours away from me, if I was closer I'd be in the shop there ready to help him out ! ! !

Maybe they are off for holidays?

Well that sucks. I'm thinking of putting one of their lower radiator supports on my RR. I don't want all the holes in it however, and surely that needs to be ordered special.

There's a note on their website about possible delays in shipping due to supplier issues....
but I reckon there's some Mopar love there fore sure.
Look at what's parked there when the Google Street View buggy rolled by:

Late model Charger R/T, more than one Ram and what looks like an old Plymouth back there?
Of course, the A100 front and center!

Helping a friend w/dart sport, ordered a spring relo kit & torq bx's 2wks ago , sitting in shop now, showed up in 3 days ! - I wouldn't panic ! Holidays/Virus - ? Alot going on ! Hang in there

Just an update that US Cartool is still up and running and doing fine. I called and left another message yesterday morning. John called me back in the afternoon apologizing for not getting back to me for over 2 weeks. Said they have been open and in operation, but so far behind that they are not answering the phones. Not sure if they just lost the person manning the phones or what.
Anyway, I asked him about the lower radiator support being available without the holes. He said no problem, but it really wouldn't do much for me unless I was installing a coil over suspension. His recommendation instead was to use the inner fender braces and more importantly, to dig out the seam sealer and weld the joint between the floor pan and cowl. I have never heard of welding there, but he says that there is quite a bit of flex in that area. Decided to follow his recommendation. Went to order the braces, and guess what, out of stock. Called back and left another message and he called me right back this time. 2-3 weeks until another batch of braces will be made....

Thanks for the update Hunt - SO glad to hear that they're up and running. ( wish I lived closer to them to help out )

I Recieved an order from them a couple of months back. I’ve called them with questions twice since then, they answered and helped me out with good success. Keep trying.

Had a few issues over the years but John always made things right. A++ customer service.

I agree on the holes, wish I would have thought to ask about that. I put the front stub braces & under front wheelwell braces too. I could tell a difference just in jacking up the front.

I ordered with the holes , welded on but I really disliked it so much I cut it and grinder off and reorder and reapplied easy no time lose I have to look at every day and didn’t care for it.
