I’d like to run these on the front with steelies on the back. They are vintage Keystone 4.5x15. Not sure if it’s practical or not. There are some tire choices available but maybe not big enough for street use. Any suggestions?

I run 4 1/2 rims on the front of my 65 Fury and my 65 Belvedere. Only time I have to be careful is when taking tight curves, I just have to watch my speed.

They’ll be good. I mean don’t expect to be a pro street drifting king. I plan on going down to 3.5 for street driving

I run 4.5's on the front of my Dart. They have 165-80/15's on it. I drive it easy on the curves although it shouldn't be a issue.

I'm sure the 4.5" will work just fine with the correct size tire. Not a big cornering combination, but if you're not doing that, sounds good.

Looks great...we run 4.5's on street since the 70's..they're great for going in a straight 1320 line on the strip or street.
Watch your speed on tight turns is all.
:)

Im running skinnies on the street and they suck. Cant turn fast and you feel every bump. They are coming off next year and putting Magnum 500s back on.

Got 14 inch Magnums with the car. Planning some highway use for it this summer and want tires at least. Upgrade to Coker 15" Magnums is likely the way I'll go. Tried the Keystones on the car and they got me thinking. What size rim and tire combo will fill the wheelwells without rubbing? What tire does everybody like?

You will have no problems I have been rocking drag radials with a stick shift and 3.5" front wheels on the street for almost 20 years. Never an issue as long as you have reasonable expectations. 1 mile gravel driveway fwiw

They have a pair of Formula One Super Stock steering specials mounted. Likely aged out. What size tire would fit?
