I am pretty sure that was a special color for PT Cruisers only back when they made them. Sooooo, please post a picture of it as I love that color! I just gave you your first "like", as an incentive. :D Also, a belated welcome aboard sir! :moparsmiley:

Here a few pics of it, once I get it cleaned up I’ll post some more pics. It’s been sitting in garage since 1990s

L6 is darker than the Y6. Both would look nice when fresh. Welcome!

Hey,
I just purchased a stock 1973 Charger 400 JL6 with N1YW interior package, was the aztec option something special offered by dodge?
Thanks

Dodge used to bring out Spring Special models and I think the Aztec models was one of those. Nice, but nothing special. I sold a 73 Charger with the Aztec package, gold exterior, with bench seats in the Aztec pattern a couple years ago. Some had Aztec buckets. The Aztec pattern is something some love, some hate....

On 73 there was a mistery and brand new spring special package by 73 which it got the Aztec interior a part of the package. By 74 the Aztec interior become on a regular option and the 74 spring special package came out with a new series of options including a special interior design, but not the Aztec one.

So any 73 you find with the Aztec interior is a Spring Special. But on 74 any model could get it, including being buckets ( not optioned on 73 for Aztec interior )

Just replied on your other thread about the interior.

About the stripe... this is the look of the 73 spring special option where you can note the white stripe on it

and as mentioned, already included on both config... buckets and bench AAAAND for several models ( posting hardtops, but it was the same for SEs ), and not specific for just one package
