As many of you are aware, I’ve been giving away my stash of Northwest Territories polar bear plates. Among the stash was a couple of 1970 plates, which are the first year of the bear plate and the year that our Coronet was made. They are incredibly rare and quite valuable, even here. I decided to have Restore A Tag restore them. No other plate restoration business was interested in doing the job because of the unusual shape.
They did a fantastic job, and I could not be more pleased. The colour is a perfect match, it looks different in the photos because of fluorescent lighting in one, natural winter sunlight in the other.
