"Collector Condition" 2018 SRT Demon 595 Miles at auction. Gillette, Wyo

So you have to have a Bank letter of credit to be allowed to bid, or even see it. They are worried someone will damage it? Wow

In High School, I looked at a 69 Cuda for sale with a 383 and 4 speed. The guy gave me a ride, but would not let me drive until I put $900 in his hand.
Smart guy.

Well ya can’t blame them, it’s not a Free for all. If it’s damaged then what does that do to the value?

Really only the buyers need to see it.

I'd want mine in plum crazy purple :D

I'd rather have a gen 1 Viper than a Demon.

:D

Drive up the price with all that, don't see, touch or think about it without a note from your bank. And we talk about people flipping cars for profit. Just my opinion.

The gen 2 has the best styling.
I just like the gen 1 because it doesn't have airbags or any computer nannys

I guess airbags and ABS could be considered "nannies".... but that is all the "nanny" stuff there is on a G2; that car wants to kill you every time you turn the key; I love driving it although I don't very often.

With the new Challenger Super stock with more HP I would think that is going to drive the price down on the Demon.

1 hour left to bid. It's at $85K (plus 10% premium)

Bidding closed. 99k was the last bid. How do you know if it made reserve/sold?

Yeah, went in and looked too. Not telling us the results makes me lose respect for the auctioneer.
If there was to be a reserve, they should be honest enough to say so and what it is, so people don't waste their time.
