I have a 67 charger which I have bought a bunch of parts for. I assume this came from the dash somewhere but I have no idea what it is. It appears to have had a wire coming out of it at one point. It’s about an inch and a half long
 
Condenser that mounts to the back of the dash cluster. Wire is pulled out. Wire goes to one of the tabs from the voltage limiter.
 
Holy cow that was fast! Thank you R413! Do you happen to know if it’s still useable or is it junk since that wire is ripped out?
 
That for sure is a watchamacallit.
My Dad was always looking for one.
 
As mentioned, noise supressor condenser. It conects parallel to the VL input. I didn't say anything because it was already mentioned.

Since the wire is missed, that condenser is not anymore able to work.

I'm not into codes, sorry. It could be very well the date code ( year and week )
