Those fin mobiles Chrysler came out with were works of art! Always liked 'em since I was knee high...I was then. Had to be a real shock to the public back then giving the huge change in body styles that came out in '57. IMO, include Ford/GM. Always wanted to have one of them finned mopars; but never came to fruition. I now have a fin-less '63 Fury...

I learned to drive on a '59 Sport Suburban wagon. It had the Golden Commando in it. Yes, my parents let a 17 year old loose with 300 horsepower! Because it had the fins it was a very stable car over a hundred. Nuthin' like the sweet sound of a 4 barrel carburetor 'cept for maybe TWO which is what I have now!

I had a 1960 300F in the late '90s. My only finned Mopar, and the only one my wife would ever ride in. We used to drive it on special occasion Saturday nights, go to a fancy restaurant, she'd dress in period attire to match the car. Always drew the looks when we parked it. Miss those days. Talked about getting another, she said that ship sailed, and her high heel days are long past...
