I got shot today

I heard if you are just getting over C19 to wait 90 days to get the vaccine. Lots of people are getting sick after the shot if they don't wait. Also being allergic to certain things will set off side effects.

There's been some reports of people testing positive after getting their second shot. No symptoms just having to be tested again after others around them were. Congressman Stephen Lynch was the latest. So I guess it's just like the Influenza shot, it doesn't guarantee you won't get it, just hopefully you won't experience as of severe symptoms if you didn't take the shot.

Or maybe the test results after getting the vaccine shows positive because the test picks up on the covid in the vaccine?

I had a shot today too... but it wasn't my first.View attachment 1062620
Cheers and here's to killing the virus from within!:lol::lol:

Good for you Steve. I'm getting closer but the drugs have been coming pretty slow here. I might call the Pharmacy or Dr. to see what's up. (they suggest we don't but I am curious as to the protocol they are using.) I'm 66 and counting and I'm not getting any younger. LOL
When Johnson and Johnson gets approval which is suppose to be very soon, I think maybe you may see more availability. Only the fact that it does not require the low storage temp that the other two do.
Try the local Health dept or other government agencies.... There were only 5 sites in the entire city giving reservations for vaccines and four were in the Bronx and one in Queens were I went... Thats a very small amount for the entire city. I think I just hit it right and was willing to travel

I saw that. The J&J vaccine is a bit milder, only takes one dose, doesn't have to be stored at extreme temps, hasn't caused any Covid side effects, and if you do catch it it will be more like the flu but you probably won't end up in the hospital on a respirator. I would go for that.

I get my second shot on Tuesday.
First one no problem just sore shoulder for day and a half.

I have my shot scheduled for Neveruary 32nd!!
They aren't injecting me with ANYTHING!!! I don't trust the Government at all!!

Mike, we had to register with the county health dept here . It's a online deal for us or we can phone and sit on hold.

Congratulations and thank you. I got my 2nd shot 1 1/2 weeks ago. A slight headache and my neck was sore for a couple days. I was able through the hospital I work at to get my mother in law who lives with us her first shot last week.

"With the uncertainty of the virus, you need to get everything you're entitled to" Just heard it from Joe N.
