70 Charger fastener identification help

Hey All,

I need some help identifying the two fasteners, see photos.

I know that they should be located some place under the dash. But I’m not sure.

Looks like Heater/A/C Cable mounts and clips.

I don’t think so, I have those parts ID already. But I could be wrong. I think they should be some place under the steering column. Anyway, thank you for your input.

The top two look like the clips that hold the dash speaker to the dash and the bottom ones look like the headlight adjuster blocks with the nylon inserts...

Can they be bought new? Do you know who would have them?

I know for sure that the headlight adjusting hardware can be bought new but I'm not sure about the speaker clips
