Thats how cancer works. Seems like you're fine and the doc stumbles across it in a routine checkup. They start treatment and ya croak.
My boss was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. They started treatment and said he was cancer free. Suddenly he gets sick, goes to the hospital and they send him home to die.

Pancreatic cancer is the worst! Silent and swift it takes your life. Rarely is it ever is it found in an early stage.
