Are you sure it isn't 2.200 on the rod journals? 2.100 is sbc. It looks to be drilled for a 4-speed?

Yes. looks like you may have to still turn down the counter weights.

By using a 3/8 or 1/2 ball grinder and clearance the block the crank will work. I been doing this for 15+ year. I'm sure someone will say this will not work. Maybe I should add photos so people can see this step. I thinking of building a 383 with the crank with a 4.310 bore so looking it 455 CID. Used my 67 Bel 1 and a 727 a set of 915 head stock ports 2.140 intake an 1,710 ex valve cam with .445 lift flat top piston. The cam is a old grind from a H/S car 343 HP cam. The intake will be a 57 Dodge/Ply dual four with the old carb. Looking to run 11:20/11:30

In the late 70 I work for company in Orange County one of are customer Don Study race a 62 Plymouth S/W 343 HP car held the record @11:62 with 190 on the noes of the cam. Clay Smith and Mopar work together on the engine. You might call Clay Smith and talk with George he work an race with Clay Smith. The people who work at Clay Smith are super good An are still race a cuba. Good luck with the car.

How many cubes would this crank give me on a stock bore 383?

Ross piston 99170 Summit stocks the piston and a 6.7 BBC rod. 1.95+1.307+6.7=9.957. 383/400 are 9.980 CH

Don Studley and Al Etter that raced out of Don's Precision Cylinder Heads shop were partners in that car.
They were both my Friends = RIP
They taught me a lot!
