FCA is gone.

Ford and GM are rolling over and forcing the public to buy foreign vehicles.
They choose to build overpriced oversized gas guzzlers and give the car business away.

Who knows we may come out on top as if GM or Ford mess up who wants them? China would finally get GM though. IDK it is all a .... show now a days , goal is to be the biggest power house manufacturer in the world doesn’t mean you build a quality car it could mean we have no choices left.. Our government approved the deal.. clearly they sold out years ago..

Seems it was to get their mitts on Jeep brand...
to go to market in China "No Doubt"

Ram brand is doing extremely well,
'Truck of the year' for 3 years in a row
one of them Ram pick-ups 'was luxury car of the year' too

That's my prognostication, prediction anyway...
plenty fo stuff pre-2020 out there
my newest 'Chrysler product' other than MoPar parts'
is a made in Dearborn Mi., badge inside the door
1999 Dakota SLT 4x4 5.2ltr Magnum
(I love that lil' truck)
only has 60k miles, I don't plan on any 'new car/truck' purchases
for the 'foreseeable' next 10 years...

Remember that great car of the year, the Chevy Vega?
How about the Volare/Aspen?
Truck/car of they year means bupkis.

Sad to think of where Chrysler proudly once was as an entity with their engineering program for employees.

No reason to have brand loyalty when the brand is gone. I don't see anymore new cars in my future.....but I'm sure a good used one will be for The Boss. Might just be a Blue Oval...
I always try to buy American when possible. Brand loyalty/specific things for me.
Mopar for muscle cars, Ford trucks, Boston Whaler, Remington and Evinrude . Because of my age and income level won’t be any more new cars for me.
It surprised me that Remington went belly up. And Evinrude is gone, so I’ll probably have to buy a Yamaha outboard.
As mentioned brand loyalty dosnt matter.

And before Evinrude disappeared it was owned by Bombardier, you hosers, eh?

In the FUTURE? Where have you been since 1998? News flash: Chrysler hasn't been Chrysler for over 2 decades. This French Connection debacle, and the Fix It Again Tony deal that preceded it, are just the latest in a string of misadventures...

Exactly what it reminds me of - one of those late-night prescription drug ads on TV!

It soumds like a drug because there is one called Stelara for Crohn's disease.

It is so sad. It is like watching a fish flop around on the shore just before it dies.

I been through all this since I am retired from Chrysler since 2003. It's sad to see the company being treated like a red headed step child but when Iaccoca retired and named Bob Eaton CEO they was a big mistake he brought the germans in and it was all down hill from then. I still remember going up to see the VP of engineering for meetings and a 426 Hemi on display out side his office those were the days.

Bob Eaton was the one who destroyed Chrysler, true!!

Stellantis stock is $16.15 today on the NYSE. Will be interesting to see what occurs the next two quarters.

I don't buy automotive and aerospace stock.
