Who has rebuilt a Bendix booster?

I have two Bendix boosters in need of a rebuild and I'm trying to figure out what to do. Since I'm located in Europe it would be quite expensive to have the boosters shipped to the US, having them rebuilt, and sending them back (customs on top).
So I was thinking about rebuilding them myself. The parts are available through Classic Industries and I have the service manual for the Bendix booster but I would like to talk to someone first who has done this already. What are the caveats?

If you can get the rebuild parts and have a shop manual its not a big deal to do just follow the procedure in the manual. take your time and watch where all the parts go as you disassemble it. to reassemble reverse the procedure.
 
I've been looking for Bendix rebuild kits also with no success.
Appears that specialty rebuilding have access to them.
May build or have these kits a made for them
 
Booste Dewey did my last one as there were no available rebuild units anywhere to had at the time. But, if I thought I had all the right rebuild parts , I would attempt a rebuild myself......

No bakelite between the diaphrams, is a metal tube attached whit 4 bolts to the bakelite.
