My dad passed (97)away last weekend. (not what this post is about). We were cleaning out a bunch of stuff that was long forgotten. I think my mom's the one that saved everything. Anyway I came across an old scrap book. It must have been mine, but in all honesty I don't remember it.

Check out some of the names in the GREAT LAKES ad.

The 57 was my dads work cruiser that got T-boned by a 58 Belair

cool old avert. fro the Great Lakes Dragway races too
I can't read it, to see the names too small or fuzzy when blown up
even with a 21" monitor

I'm sorry to hear about your father. This brings back memories being in the greater Milwaukee area. Remember the commercials on WOKY and WRIT AM radio when they played rock 'n roll starting out with "Sunday - SUNDAY - SUNDAY..." for the race events at GLD...yeah I'm old.
