I had never seen one before. They were manufactured from 1968-1972. I think it was the first snow bike. Does anyone own one or had of these on here? I thought it was pretty cool!

The technology on these sure has come a long way over the years.

never owned one,
don't think I know anyone that did either

I do vaguely remember seeing the adverts
But; I was 9-13 y/o at that time period 1968-72
that's right up my alley
I probably asked or hinted my parents for 1,
probably got shut down like normal too
I was a mini-bike & motorcycle kid

I can't remember ever seeing any on the slopes
or out in the snow even
I was a regular skier & out in the snow/country quite a bit

looks like fun, be cool to own one, good conversation peice

I have owned several from mint to pieces. I buy every parts ones I come across. The engines make great minibike and cart engines

I bought mine from a guy that just moved from Canada to California and he was trying to ride it on the dunes at pismo beach.
And that just cracked me up and being a mopar nut I had to have it. He just fried the paddles right off the tracks on that sand.

A good friend has one. It works well in 1" to 2.5" of snow. Anything outside of that it struggles, or so I hear.

had one about 35 years ago the wife loved it we gave it away to a friend of hers the only part I have left is the seat

you can still buy them there is a warehouse full of them . they were just auctioning off a few of them $ 1,000 each still in the crates . somewhere in Springfield Massachusetts last fall ( big E fair grounds )
