I’m currently having the engine rebuilt as the heads have never been off the car and it smokes a decent amount. I’m going with a 438 stroker kit from the 440 Source. I want the engine to look totally stock on the outside though.

Thanks! I’m originally from Lafayette but live in Brownsburg now, just a couple miles from Indianapolis Raceway Park.

That is an unusual color. Green was so popular back then. Thank God it isn't FM3 Pink! My '70 is an original 500 as well.

I sold mine just before the Dukes movie came out to a guy from LA. Figured it was going to be used in the movie. I guess he flipped it to a guy in Idaho who had it for quite a while. Was looking on E-bay about 6 years ago and saw it sold to a guy in Maryland. I contacted him and have 1st dibbs if he ever sells.
