Hey does anybody know what modern vehicles could be sourced for good space saver spare tire for b body cars?

Modern Ford Mustangs have a 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern. Toyota 5-lug pattern is the same too.

Yeah, but the hub centers on those models are smaller than the 2.81 Mopar hub.

Unfortunately, a flat tire means a tow truck for me. :(

I use the space saver spare from a late 2000's crown victoria I sourced from a junkyard for $10, use it on a 70 roadrunner. Fits perfectly.

If your running a sure grip you should try to find a spare with the diameter as close as possible to your rear tires... Width don't matter but diameter does..

If all tires are the same put on front and move front to rear to protect LSD

Never thought of that back in the day when I ruined a limited slip in a 1980 AMC. Two hour drive from home and had a flat. Replaced the flat with the space saver and headed home. Should have known better. I don't remember seeing any factory instructions on not to do this on a limited slip rear. Lesson learned
