I’m glad to find this forum! I have had this car since 1983 and I am the second owner. I purchased it from a librarian here in Oklahoma. It has 132,000 original miles. I did freshen up the paint job a few years ago but everything else is basically original. No non-factory stuff added. It drives very well but boy does it leak transmission fluid! I’m curious is there any recommendations on good vintage mechanics in Oklahoma City Oklahoma? I don’t know if I need to pose this question in another forum area but thought I would throw it in with my introduction. Look forward to great discussions!

Welcome from Missouri!! Beautiful car!!

Custom Transmissions in OK City should be able to re- seal your transmission so it doesn't leak. Private shop with a 5 star rating.

Do not go to a national chain like AAmco

Good luck

Welcome from Alabama, very nice Satellite.

Look at the "O" ring where the trans dipstick goes into the case.

Super common and easy to fix problem.
