70 Bee with or without Go Wing???

Don't do it. IMO, the '70 wings are a cheesy looking as can be. At least the designers had the good sense to make them look much better for '71. Not to mention, I know first hand just how difficult clean and straight '70 Coronet trunklids are to find.

I concur.....I have a 70 Bee and I'm not doing it! My 71 Demon, yes

I also have to agree. It looks a little "Bench like" for lack of a better description. A-bodies certainly can support more body mods. A great example is the SS scoop. It just looks wrong on any other body style. (And yes, others have tried. Including poor Chevy boys who try to "Sexy up" their car.) But doesn't work. My A-body Duster for example. Built as more of a tribute to the Super Stock days. Looks great on a Duster. Even more badass on a Baracuda.

Not a fan. 71 wings look good on 71 B-bodies, other than that I don't care for them.

That's why they called them options, some people like them, some don't. I have them on most of my Mopars. I don't like them on 69 and older Mopars because they were not available on them. I like them on most 70 / 71 Mopars, and my 73 Charger got one too,but it has a lot of 71 parts on it.

I think that they look better on the cars with a shorter looking trunk. E bodies and ’71 and newer B bodies look great with them. On ‘68 to ‘70 B bodies they look weird stuck way out there like a football goalpost.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion........ Even if it's wrong!

Old thread, I think the o.p. has made his decision by now, but.....
I seem to agree with most of the recent posters. I don't care for it on a 70 bee. I can live with or without on 71-up bees and rr, and I like em on E-bodies.
Always, ALWAYS, up to the owner. You own it? Do what you want!

The worst is the rice rocket with the big wing on the back...... of a front driver. Put it on the hood, where it will do some good!

I thought about putting one on my ‘70 ‘Cuda. My brother talked me out of it, as he said it didn’t need anything to disrupt the smooth lines. It’s a November ‘69 build, and doesn’t have the right trunk lid anyway.

They work for other stuff too!
