In December, I picked up this cool 1969 Charger out of West Texas. I seem to find mostly 1968 Chargers....this is the first 1969 Charger since my survivor R6 Charger was totaled Dec 24, 2018. This one has been sitting in the same field since the late 1970's but it's really quite solid. It was a 383-2bbl/auto car but I didn't get a drivetrain. The color combo must have looked stunning as it was white with white interior and a black vinyl top. My paint detailer buddy said it looks like a toasted marshmallow and I thought he was on to something. hence the nickname "S'more"

The interior was mostly there but quite sun baked. Also, something had been living in it. Several bones and lots of nests...

I threw some wheels and tires on it and cleaned out the cabin. So far, I have filled three full 55 gal contractors backs with rat poop and nesting material. So gross...

Then I called my detailing buddy over and he did a couple test panels to figure out what kind of buffing pad and compound to use.

Been there done that, mine was a rodent hotel also..
Excellent find! Looks like column shift/auto trans?, A/C ?. And rare buddy seat and rocker trim, sweet! I bet that baby is worth a bit extra with that rare color combo.

Gross....and nice ! I'd love to stumble upon a 2nd gen charger, one without a drivetrain even better!

Great find, congrats!

Now that you found a 69, where are the 68's?

Here are the build thread for the three 1968 Chargers I have:
