A11 GTX 1969 in Denver not mine

So what is the A11 in the title about? Don’t see it on the data plate and isn’t that the code in 69 for being a Daytona or 500?

My worthless opinion...
Based on looking up current market values, the car is gonna need $20k to get "right"
and is worth about $50k if dang near concourse.
Tells me it's worth $30k as it sits...$35k tops.
I agree, but as @1Wild R/T said you have to start somewhere. It's almost impossible to go up, but you can come down.

What's worth more a fender tag or a Dana 60? I hate to say it but some of you guys are picky picky. I'm sure there is someone out there who would just be trilled to death just to own the car if they could afford it. I have no idea what the hell all the codes and numbers mean. I'm building a 63 Sport Fury Factory Super Stock that was raced for the west cost to the east cost and everywhere in between. My car sat neglected outside in a field for years and it had a Hemi in it at one time. I'm building a (day 2) Crower 545 Cubic Inch engine for me and my car. I have a number correct 426 block for the car but it is to valuable to us it if I intend to use the car as intended to race and window the block. They aren't making 69 GTX's or 63 Sport Fury's anymore. Find one at all isn't easy. Finding one that has lived to tell a story and hasn't been altered and beat to death in the past 50 years is even tougher. Let the next guy worry about the codes and numbers. I'm having fun with what I own and can afford while I still can.

If you think it's going to need 20 large to make it right, it'll actually be closer to 30 large. This makes the car actually worth 25-28 tops.

Ya I was wondering about the A11. On a GTX? I thought 1969 A11 was Charger 500 and Charger Daytona. Wonder if he is confusing SPD 115 for A11.

While theres nothing abstract about math...(well at least not the math that was taught when I was in school, the stuff they teach today I'm not so sure) Playing with cars is a hobby and as such math doesn't really apply..... Hell practically all of us have more money in our toys than they are worth...

I think maybe your evaluation of concours may be off. Add 10% for four speed to these numbers.

That car may be priced high at 46 grand but as someone said the price can always go down.
A rust free 69 GTX in that shape with a documented three owners from new, id think be worth more than 30 grand

440 4-speed and looks to be a 8 3/4, big minus. Picture of a 4-speed console, but???? I pass at 46K.
Well I Am the Owner of the Car In Discussion This Car did not Come with a Dana The Dana Rear Was a Option This Car has The Rear End it Came with 410 8 3/4 I Also Said In the Post where I this Car Needs Other Things and interior is one of the things I Am in Process of Getting the Console Ready To Be painted and put Back in the Car (UPS dragging there feet with 1000.00 in parts )The Body is laser straight Required no Filler No Rust at all (big deal and a big plus)Colorado car another plus,Granted I Know everybody is a critic. The screws for fender Tag i do Have But when i took the Car up To bandimere race way someone Took screws out for some reason The screws that were pictured a guy Brought me just to hold it on Since Then They have been replaced I Should of waited and took some bettter pics But Was Really Sick at The Time,I Am Now trying to Push Threw My illness To Work on the Car some More If You Have any Questions about this Car Call Me I Am A Member of this Group

It looks like a solid car, but the seats and door cards, ARE KILLING ME !!!!!!(also the fender tag screws look like they from the interior, and that bothers me, LOL)
I am not a GTX guy, but I would rather swap seat covers, then replace floor pans, or 1/4's.
If you had cash, and were there in person, I bet you could work out a MUCH better price.
AFTER you checked the #'s on the eng/ trans and body.
You could at least enjoy that car as you find yourself a Dana, and swap the seat covers and door cards.
If you are looking for a GTX, a B5 Blue air grabber 4 speed car sounds like a good one to own.

I'm betting the A11 is the SPD Oct 11th.... Not a terrible car, like to actually see the fender tag, and check the body numbers...

Yeah it's got an 8.75 under it... I know of a few A34 coded cars that back in the day after the fun of the 4:10 gear wore off the Dana got swapped for an 8.75 with 3:23's.. Unfortunately it looks like the springs got swapped too..

My buddies A34 coded 69 R/T was swapped, he put a Dana back under it but choose to use a 3:54 gear....
The Car Still Has 410s in it And the Rear End That the car Came with Not all These Cars came with Dana,s I Wish it Did But Didn,t

Welcome to the group. I feel your pain and hope you get well soon. Some people, go figure, picky-picky over screws. Nice car. I'm not a fender tag, numbers and code snob but I don't like fake, tribute or clone cars offered for sale by ******** who try to convince prospective buyers they are real. If you been doing this long enough you know what real or not.

I bought a 327 Corvette engine at an auction. The person who was bidding on the engine with me was a real NY jerk off. I won the bidding and walked away from the engine to follow the auction. Come back to the engine and the jerk off was wrenching bolts off my engine. He was lucky at least didn't get a few broken fingers or get his *** kicked. WFT? He said he was only bidding on the engine because he needed a few correct bolts for his corvette restoration project. Trying to be a nice guy told him he could buy the whole engine for $50.00 more the what I bought it for.

A few weeks later the jerk off calls me on the phone. I asked him how he got my number. He said he got my number from the auction company. When he hung up I called the auction company to share some pleasantries. While this jerk off was on the phone he asked me if I still had the engine. I told him I didn't have the engine any longer. He asked who I sold it to and what is the persons phone number I sold it to. Just to funk with the asshole I told him I couldn't find a buyer for the engine so I scraped it. I thought his head was going to explode. I traded the engine for twice the amount of Mopar parts I bought it for.

@David Mueller

First of all, my God put his healing hands on you and get you through your illness.

Second, I am just curious about the A11 code. Please elaborate.

Third, I am very partial to 69 GTX’s and like to see any and all of them. Here is mine in it’s current state of repair.

Nice car David and thanks for replying on this thread. On the rear your car is coded with the A34 option. That is 4.10 Dana 60 Super Trac Pac. Chrysler never made a 4.10 8.75 rear from the factory. When you ordered a 440 4-spd it automatically came with a Dana. 8.75 4.10 gears are aftermarket.
