There is no 3 speed wipers on a 67 B body. The motors both have a barrel pointing to the drivers side, they don’t have a all black 2 speed the stands up like 68 and up cars.
Operate your switch. Turn it all the way left. You either have a 2 speed switch that will be click twice for lo and high. And it will click twice going back left for lo and off.
Or a Variable speed switch will click on and then it’s a rheostat that has no More detents turning it to the right.
