I recently had a "valve job" done on me November 30th.
10 weeks out now, and my sternum, rib cage, bones, still give me discomfort, but not really in pain.
If your pal needs some support in his recovery, i am willing to talk.

Prayers sent ! My friend recently had quadruple bypass surgery after a massive heart attack. He was dead twice, but they brought him back. He is doing very well. I see him every week.
