It was harder than dropping out the front end, due to space constraints, but it’s out!
Hanger bolts - I see these all over the web, so they are easy to find.
Clips for lines on tank hoses? O’Reilly Auto Parts?
New rubber hoses? Regular auto parts store?
Anything else needed? Where to get?
Thanks

We drop a lot of B Body gas tanks and have been using Amazon for bulk 5/16" fuel line. The local auto stores also carry and charge by the foot but, the best value is the 20 FT roll through Amazon. Fuel line clamps can be had anywhere but, we also buy those in bulk through amazon or Rock Auto. Fuel Sending unit and tank we also usually purchase through RockAuto dot com. Looks like a fun project. Keep us posted!

I totally forgot to mention... the replacement fuel tanks never come with the filler neck grommet. Amazon is the best deal (hands down). It's their keyword:
"Fuel Gas Tank Filler Neck Tube Rubber Grommet Seal Compatible with for 67-76 A, 62-69 & 71-74 B, 64-73 C Bodies. <-- Works with a wide range of B Bodies and A and C."

Filler Neck Grommet: https://www.amazon.com/Filler-Rubbe...Grommet+Seal+Compatible&qid=1614017611&sr=8-4

Fuel Line Link: https://www.amazon.com/Fuel-Inside-Diameter-Length-SAE30R6/dp/B00UVNXJEU/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=PRO+1+Fuel+Line+Hose+5/16+Inch+Inside+Diameter+X+25+Feet+Length+NRB/PVCC+SAE30R6&qid=1614017560&sr=8-1

Replaced my tank and lines last year and ordered new J bolts on ebay. The locking distortions in the nuts were so much that it created so much heat that it started twisting the bolts. I backed them out and ended up wire wheeling my originals and reused those with no problems. Sometimes new isn't always better.

Always a good idea to check the sock on the pickup. Keep the original lock ring and seal. the new ones don't fit as well as the originals.

Just a heads-up, lesson learned: Do NOT use sending unit with foam/ poly float, get the one with metal float. Jersey fuel is CRAP, we follow Cali "regs for gas)!! This was in a running/driving parts car for 1 year with stable, float eaten away. Yes the sock filter is green. lol lol

Hard fuel & brake lines from INLINE Tube fit perfect, easy to install and get the clips too, most of mine broke, expected it; Inline has video of how to straighten lines & where to straighten them if you need help with that; used "fuel inj" lines from NAPA, due to ethenol here; straps & hanger bolts got from Dantes here in NJ, local for me. HOPE THIS HELPS, GOOD LUCK

Thanks! I looked at in-line tube, and figured they would be good since I have both their hard fuel and brake lines ready to replace the old, I just sent them an inquiry since I’m not sure what to exactly order in rubber lines ( the passenger side is one hose 4-5”, and driver’s side is the 4, which 2 are smaller than the other two.
If anyone is kind enough to tell me the id and od sizes or sku’s that would help.

Thanks all my MOPAR buddies! Nights are mine, so I decided to remove more. Now, I know for myself what sizes I need.

What is this called, and can I clean it (how) and restore it? Thanks!

Vapor canister; all those tank ports go to that then up front via hardline to charcoal canister then carb vac port: sandblast it and paint it: inside, parts wash it or gasoline: Trashed/tossed mine, coming up with tank venting another way. May want others' ideas if youre kinda new at these things.

If using again: vapor catch can has different length tubes inside, just like tank, they must be connected properly otherwise vapor/fuel flood canister issues; looks like it was mounted behind drivers rear wheel, you should see vapor hard line; crosses to passenger side & runs with fuel line to front to connect at charcoal canister:

It does! Here is another question for anyone who has ordered fuel lines from Inline Tube. The description reads "
24" Rubber Fuel Line Kit (3/8" Hose w/Four Correct Color Clips)" . Then the picture shows one hose and four connectors. Is it a kit complete, or do I need to order two sets?
