R.I.P.

Died of cancer at age 68 yrs.:(

I'm pretty sure there are some bikers here.

Saw this on FCBO.

Dale Walksler was a legend in the old motorcycle restoration and collecting community, and almost all of us biker trash either knew him or knew of him.

RIP He appeared on American Pickers many times. Was a knowledgeable bike guy.

R.I.P. Dale, I haven't had a bike in 33 years but I like them. :(

R.I.P. Dale!
Didn't know the man, but by the video he looks like he had a great spirit! Hopefully he knew the Lord!!

I remember seeing Dale on a couple TV shows, one where he restored bikes and one where he hunted for the bikes.

Rest In Peace Dale!

That's sad & really too bad, he seemed like a cool guy
I loved that show too, his Museum 'Wheels Thru Time'

my deepest heartfelt condolences go out
to all his family & friends, he was a good man

Yeah huh?
he could truly "sniff to" those unrestored Indian barn finds...
Along with those "ACE", "Crocker" and "Pope" among some of the others...
RIP!

I met Dale a few years ago at his Museum. Seemed to be an high energy kind of guy that loved what he was doing. He also had a passion for 1950's Cadillacs.

Damn same, hope his legacy will continue with his Son. If you have never been to his museum, and ever get in the area, it is a must see collection. R.I.P. Dale.....

I knew something was wrong when Matt was doing all the posts on FaceBook. I think Patrick Simmons of The Doobie Brothers is a fan. I've seem him where multiple Wheels Through Time tee shirts during interviews.
