Mine's a 9000 as well, wide and long extended so my posts are outside the 9' door width.

Yeah, that's tight. My business shop has 18 foot ceilings, my toybox at the house has 16 foot. Don't have a decent pic of the stackers.

i have 9 foot side walls with 18 feet tall in center, so i have plenty of room there, plus a 10x12 roll up door

Lots of room, there's 3" above the Bee and the Birds wing will clear under the lift deck. It's too high to work on at that height any how. I can lift the Bird to a nice work height just before the wing hits the ceiling and there is 9" above the car roof. Stops couldn't have been placed any better if I'd ordered it. Stops are 6" apart, ceiling is 10' 4" at shop center (floor is sloped 2" over 30')

We did the Direct lift with the cherry picker and by hand. Those beams and runways are heavy.

Note at Step 3.. 1. in brackets (if not bolting to the floor skip to item 3).

No need to bolt a 4 post to the floor unless you're using it for daily commercial service. Be kinda dumb to do so, if yours came with the lift rollers to move the lift around if you want to.

i'm going to check again, i would really like to have the rollers

My friend and I assembled the Bendpack HD9W in a day. The runways were the most difficult to move around. We put them on harbor freight wheel dollies making it easier to roll them around. I think we also used a engine hoist to get under the lift to run the cables to the posts?

depends on the model bendpak but some require the cables be threaded from the column to the ram. The rest is pretty much step by step....ladders not to sit on the base ever....

does anyone have a preference of what brand of AW-32 hyd fluid to use

final got it installed !! YEA BABY

Don't forget to lube the wire ropes and pulleys.
I used the WD-40 Gel lube on the wires, and Bearing grease to lube the pins (sheeves?) of the pulleys.
