all kinds of unscrupulous types out there
preying on many that are clueless

good thing an employee blew the whistle

even if they are/were part of it

I have a friend getting a 1992 ford pickup going. He’s had it in getting repairs and maintenance done. I see all sorts of things he was charged for and not done. Grease the front ends, and the zeros had years of dirt on them, no way it was greased.

they replaced the water pump and didn’t fill the radiator! I loosened the radiator drain Valve and nothing came out! Filled it up,and there are zero leaks, just skipped over that part.

he asked me why his heater was cold. LOL

This is why I go to a trusted place. They allow me to go back with the car, use my oil and filter, and can ask questions plus I then give him a $5 tip. That is something I never got doing oil changes for customers.
