Found 1968 coronet trunk lid.

I was watching a junkyard youtube video a few days ago and saw a 1968 dodge coronet 4 door. The video was 4 years old I called the junkyard anyway and to my surprise they still had it. They would not sell the trunk lid so I bought the whole car. I picked it up yesterday in North Carolina. Here is a few pics. The car set in the junkyard for 20 years. The trunk lid is rust free.

Nice Score. When I was looking for a trunk lid, I found a guy that had '68 coronet 500. I tried to get the whole car, but he wouldn't sell the whole car. Wish I could have found something like that.

That’s what I was thinking but my coronet needs the bumpers and trunk lid. The car has a slant 6 with rubbers mats. The only options is automatic trans and am radio. It appears solid but it’s worth more to me in parts.
 
Front fenders are great to get.. As mentioned those hub caps are sought after... Lotta good parts there....
 
I love to hear stories like this.
