I have a 1969 Super Bee that has 1 1/4 front sway bar, Bilstein shocks. Thinking of adding a rear sway bar. I see them from Summit, PST, Hellwig, QA1, Firm Feel, Hotchkis, etc.
Any suggestions on which one to go with. Hollow or solid? Tires are 275/60/15 on back, 225/70/15 on front. Maybe 3/4 inch?

I have a Firm Feel on the rear for the specific reason it looks like the OEM option bar.

I had a 1 1/4" front bar and a 7/8" Addco rear bar and the car wanted to kick the tail out way too easily. It would have been great at autocross where oversteer is desirable but for the street or even road course, you do NOT want a tail happy car unless you want to be playing defense with the car every time you drive it hard.
Choosing a bar is sort of like choosing a camshaft. There are several other things that matter and must be considered.
I'll tell you what works for me.
1 1/4" front bar, 1.15" torsion bars, 6 stage leaf springs, Bilstein shocks, 3/4" rear bar. My car has slight understeer under hard braking, is pretty neutral under light throttle and will kick the tail out with harder throttle. Body roll is minimal.
Years ago, I had the same front bar, 1.0 torsion bars, same leaf springs but the 7/8" rear bar. It liked to oversteer then. Here is why:
The end of the car that is the stiffest is the end that will lose traction first.
I had stiff leaf springs and a big sway bar......at the front were moderate torsion bars and a big sway bar. The rear was stiffer so the rear wanted to lose traction first.

In your case, IF your leaf springs are 318-383 spec 4 stage, you may be okay with the 7/8" bar. Otherwise, I'd go with the 3/4".
 
I put a Firm Feel rear bar on my 1967 R/T. The way this attaches, the bar is unsprung weight by attaching to the body. The other bars become sprung weight by attaching to rear axle. This bar settled the rear end of my car down so that my big rear tires were not getting marked up by wheel well lips. The Firm Feel bar looks more "factory" and resembles the "Dippy" cop car bar that I had previously installed on my 1967 Coronet wagon.
 
I have .96 torsion bars now. The Firm Feel rear sway is nice how it mounts, but is about twice as much as others! I think that 3/4 inch is what I need. Just improve the roll a bit without the harsh ride. I know a buddy put the PST rear bar on his 69 Charger and said it it was a good improvement. Wondering if Firm Feel is twice as good.
 
Looks like PST rear bar is 7/8 inch. Would that be a bit much for what I’m after? Motor is a 440 six pack. I’m not sure about the leaf springs. How do I tell stage 4 or not? I think they are probably stock.
 
I have the Firm Feel rear sway (anti-roll) bar on my car. Haven't had the chance to do much driving with it, but it is currently paired with the Firm Feel 1.125" front anti-roll bar, so at least they should be matched. I like the mounting of the Firm Feel rear bar, with most of the weight attached to the car body, reducing the unsprung weight. Given the relative weights of the rear end assembly and the anti-roll bar, it probably won't make a noticeable difference. I did have to do a minor amount of adjustment to the brake line routing to clear the mounting bracket for the rear bar and a larger amount of adjusting the routing of the fuel line to clear the other mounting bracket. One other option you may want to consider is the use of an adjustable bar. With one, you can do some adjustments to the roll stiffness of the rear of the car without having to change the bar. I haven't tried one, so I can't speak to how well this works, but I see no reason it shouldn't. As Kern Dog mentioned above, the stiffer end of the car will tend to lose traction first. Cheers!
 
Thanks guys! As always, a wealth of advice. I was wondering if I may need to move brake lines, or if my 3” exhaust may be in the way.

Look at how many flat leaf spring sections are in each side. Most have at least 4.

My 69 RR already handles like a GT40 so it doesn't matter what rear bar I have. I am a fair play person and want to give the other guy a chance.
 
One other thing I forgot to mention. When I installed my Firm Feel bar I had to remove the passenger side tailpipe to get the bar in. Not fun on old rusty exhaust pipe, I had to destroy the section at the muffler and weld on a new piece (I got to play with the welder, at least :)). Cheers!
 
I too used the Firm Feel rear bar on my 68 Charger because of the factory style mounting. Never liked the under axle mounting adding to the unsprung weight or the looks of it. I have the stock front bar and I love the upgrade in handling. My brake line was not in the way and I installed it before the exhaust was done so not sure if it would be a problem. Here are a couple pics.
