Looking for the „best“ front end starting from K-Member to full front suspension

Looks like that joint is hitting that fitting. Not good. May need to go with a 120* unit and or replace what you have plus re-route to get away from the joint.
Yes on the picture looks very very tight , is some space at all, just the Set screw had contact with the fitting and make his way free by his self :-/ what you mean with 120 ?

120 degree hose end. Little more of a bend than a 90. What is that going into? Might be another type of fitting would get you more clearance.

Hard to tell from pictures but i think it's an external oil line ,maybe a side facing setup?, could go with a rear facing one maybe?.

what’s you’re system , improve the original suspension , or go to tubular frame with coil over and so on ?

Original Torsion Bar and leaf spring setup, everything front to rear has been replaced and in most cases upgraded with the parts previously listed.
I also have torque boxes and inner fender support but decided to hold off as I know the body in not 100% straight, even without those the car drives very solid.
I have Procar bucket seats hopefully arriving at the end of this month, adjusting the shocks to a firmer setting I should be able to get more.

Not saying going tubular / coil over is not worth it but I can drive my car and have fun on all roads.
I wouldn't say I'm completely done but I may try something new out at some point...

Ok, now I found order the Borgeson vibration reducer joint and exchange it with the flaming river joint on the steering rack and pinion side , I will intently it helps to reduce the vibration in my steering or not , but anywhere the plan for the next year is take all the **** tubular frame suspension and all the shitty not working modern stuff out and replace it with the good old working suspension parts , and upgrade this to the best level .

What you guys more recommended if I use a 1970 K-Member for my 68 Charger with the Hemi .
just use the conversion motor mount kit Like the picture ? Or transform the K-Member Motor mount brackets to a Hemi K -Member ? and if , how to do it ?

Those are the same mounts I used for the Indy motor for my car with the 70 k. Had to do a little whittling on them to fit some of the main fasteners on the block but you may not have that issue running iron.

I chose QA1. Tubular K-Member and full front suspension, with ONE notable exception. I am using the far more adjustable SPC upper control arms, because that was one part that old school experienced front end techs said I needed more adjustability.
Check out the BAC Bergman Auto Craft (in our vendor section) version of the SPC UCAs. If I wouldn't have already had my SPCs, I would have bought this "version":

I too like new technology overall, I am always interested in new ways to do things as well. That said, when it comes to the tubular front end stuff, I get the feeling that it is more about being different than being better. IMO the original Mopar front suspension was/is pretty good, very durable and relatively easy to deal with. I do not personally believe that a CO front suspension is necessarily "better", I recognize there are some space advantages with going CO but I am concerned about some of the engineering of some of the kits. My concern is that some will buy these kits due to the "bling" aspect without understanding what they are going to end up with.

Every car manufacturer has spent considerable amounts of money and time to develop things such as suspensions, while I am not saying they are perfect or not without fault or able to be improved upon; I am saying that before you dive in and spend a lot of money you should understand what you are getting and what the overall result will be. Sure a CO system does give you the ability to raise lower the front end by adjust the shocks or changing the springs and they do offer more flexibility in "dialing" in your front end though spring selection, but is this something most will ever do? My main concern with many of the CO systems is the support of the CO shock up front, some of them are a bit scary and if the car is painted and done and one breaks loose or cracks then you have bigger issues.

I am going to put a CO system on my 70 RR because it has a tilt front end and it pretty heavily modified already, but in my 70 Challenger, 73 Cuda and 71 Charger I will be keeping the original systems for simplicity sake. Sure, I will (and am) using good shocks and other front end components (like Firm Feel stage 3 boxes, close ratio arms, etc) to make a good system even better.

Each to his/her own; your car, your money....
I know this an older thread, but yes, the options out there for CO systems is a little overwhelming, but, I compromised. I bought the QA1 upper, and lower control arms, power disc brake swap kit( all mopar) using drilled slotted rotors( 11.75 Chrysler Cordoba, sadly no corinthian leather with the kit) It's just a street car. I found out too late it is better to use the '68 up k member. The '67 k member will just have to do. After all Ma mopar made pretty good stuff. But, like you say "your car your money"

Sounds like a solid set up, too bad about the lack of leather... LOL

too bad about the lack of leather..
Get sum.. "fine" "soft" "rich"
Soft:

Rich:

Although it was "just leather from New Jersey" from a company that started business in 1907, the term "Corinthian" was strictly a marketing term for Chrysler that added an allure of "luxury".
So unless Montalban got Chrysler sourced leather for the couch in this commercial, he was taking "artistic license"...Funny thing is he says "of course" his couch is Corinthian leather but doesn't use "Corinthian" when he speaks about the leather seats in this commercial:

And then there's this funny bit:

Hey! 15 years advertising for Chrysler I'm sure paid a lot of bills!
He played the part of Kahn in the original Star Trek series and the movie very well.

Dumb question, feel free to ignore: I just replaced my stock 0.88 torsion bars on my 63 SF vert with 0.94 new ones. Then...I discovered multiple used t bars for sale here! Is there any advantage to new t bars? Do they wear and distort and lose proper torque? BTW the handling is superb with the 0.94, flat cornering but not at all harsh.
