How does the license plate light bracket mount on a 69?

Does anyone have a picture of how this mounts to the bumper? Its supposed to fit a 69 B Body but I cant see how it mounts to the bumper without getting in the way of the fold-down license plate. Are there other versions of this bracket specific to 69? Sorry in advance if this is a dumb question!

If it's wrong, it is the same one on my 69 GTX.

Mounts just like you have it pictured. Sorry, no picks of mine installed. Pic of bumper with 2 mounting holes...

You might be in better shape to pull the bumper and attach the light. It goes on like you have it pictured.
 
Mine went in on top of the bottom part of bumper blub towards the valance panel. Did not have a problem putting it in with bumper on the car. That could be the bumper is after market. Might have to loosen bolts on the bumper to get it in. Ming is a 69 runner.
 
I first looked at my new light and bracket and said how in the heck dose the tag bracket clear that light. Then figured it out with a picture I saw some place. Mine slipped in with out removing the bumper.
