I just saw a pile of ads that the last reply was "Bump"... I just want to know were they locked for doing that multiple times or is there a problem with the seller. It may help other members to know what happened... As usual Thanks in advance!
I know that BUT these are all current ads on the first page...I think after a certain time with no post they lock. I pm the member if it is locked to see if they still have it and ALWAYS check feedback.
Exterior Parts | For B Bodies Only Classic Mopar ForumWe need links so we know what you are talking about. We're the sellers non gold members? They are not allowed to bump their threads.
There you have it.Exterior Parts | For B Bodies Only Classic Mopar Forum
Non gold and 7 posts locked in a row. Probably the reason... All bumped around 12:46

Depending on the content we will delete or move them as necessary. Some things like Covid discussions for instance might get left up until they start turning a corner towards politics. Then they are usually moved. If there is arguments and name calling they may get deleted.I know but I have also seen many political things in the General forum over the years...
#3 of the rules says....."No Bumping of ads. No repeated posting of same ad for one week." However, members with Gold Membership ARE allowed to bump every 3 days and members with regular membership are allowed to repost an ad after 1 week.I just saw a pile of ads that the last reply was "Bump"... #12 of the advertising rules says....."You need to post photos of the part/car with your listing." Maybe that wording hasn't been updated in that particular section yet but I recall that pictures were recommended for the benefit of a better advert. I know some still have a hard time uploading pics but I 'learnt' how to do it and if I can, anybody should able to lolWhile we're in here, I saw that the FBBO rules have been updated to require pictures of 'for sale' items....thanks for that!
