what are you asking?

It's been a long, long time since the first time I'd done so, but I just stick my dipstick in the hole. A little lube helps, though.

I found the tightest wrench that fit on the end. Seemed to be a press fit. Few taps and in she went. there was no other grooves or another stick in ours. Tapped on the wrench and it set right in place.

Most of the aftermarket tubes, plated or raw metal, are difficult to install. I end up sanding on the tube for easier fitment, as I've split the shoulder of a tube before trying the wrench method.

I always drill the block slightly oversize. Seal with RTV. Makes it easy to remove for service.

Best advice is probably a combination of all these tips - test fitment, sand down plating, freeze, and RTV. Should be a first time go.
