A full dash for what? E body is more than a B body & a 57 Caddy is more than a B & E together... And by full dash I hope you mean pad cause they don't do whole dashes.... I had them do a 70 Challenger pad but it was over 20 years ago so they've gone up... Allot....

Instrument Specialties did just the plastic cluster bezel and glove box door for my '66 Belvedere (gauges and everything else I did) and it was $400 but it came out perfect. Their website says they do 'turn key dash restorations'. https://www.instrument-specialties.com/ but given the cost for just my 2 items I would hold on to my hat for a complete dash.

I took my pad to a local upholstery shop and paid $100 for a recover. Although it's not OE they put a cool french seam on the leading edge.

Not sure what dash you are working on but I sent the 4 lower pieces of my 68 Charger dash to them back in 2014. Just over $900.00 by the time I got them back. Also they don't put the stitching in like the originals but they turned out OK. Price is probably higher now. Call them, They should be able to give you a quote. Here is a pic of what I sent them.

Never did tell us what vehicle... Reason I asked BEA (Mike Ross) has really nice repo pads for 68 + 69 & 70 B bodies...

Are you looking for the top pad? or the ones that go around the switches & glove box door?
Top of the dash BEA has in black/blue/red & tan... The black one is $225 colors are $250 & they are very nice, they are the correct shape for a 68 not the 69-70 style..

My 71 Bee pad was $1900. I know it was pricey but the quality was great and it looks like it will last for a long time.

Asking for a friend The whole dash
I just had mine done for a 1968 roadrunner. The total was $4770 for complete resto. Upper dash pad, lower dash pad, carrier frame blast and paint, ashtray pad, instrument cluster resto(detail and calibrate temp, alt and gas, speedometer, tach, circuit board, voltage stabilizer), a new instrument bezel, new glove box liner, A pillar moldings (left and right), polish, a radio bezel, disassembly and reassembly, color paint match $300) and shipping. That is the list off of my invoice. I shipped it to them in April and got it back in September. Looks great. I am a long way from reinstalling the dash but it really looks nice. You should plan and allow 6 months. The only other dash restorer I knew of was in Rhode Island and he wanted me to ship the dash to him before would quote.

Dash restoration is expensive for sure. I was not aware that Just Dashes were up to doing complete dash resto but it seems to be comparable to what I spent. I did mine peace meal and Maybe Just Dashes sent some parts out to other vendors too. I sent my gauge panel to Redline, the rallye bezels to Instrument specialties, Lower dash pads to Just Dashes, Panel dimmer switch to Devinism, bought new switch chrome covers and a new upper dash pad from BE&A. Painted the frame myself and put it all together. My totals came up to over $3500.00 for everything including the glove box and pillar moldings. Looks like there may be some money to be saved by spreading the work out rather than using one vendor.
I was in the same boat and paid in the range above. It was a tough decision but when you put the old dash in the new painted car it looked bad, then you put the tolerable gauges in the pretty dash frame it looked bad. Slippery slope fallen down. It came out nice though and the wife was happy. But as my buddy told me, be glad it is only a B body try doing a finned car dash. His cluster and radio run in this range by themselves.

My experience two and a half years ago a complete dash with air conditioning cost me $5800 with shipping. 7 month turn around. Was for a 68 GTX.
Their pricing has gone way up. They quoted me over $400 for just the gage bezel on my 66 a week ago. Don't recall exact price for glove box and polishing lens as I was in shock and stopped taking notes. Oh yeah, at the end I think he said 8 months delivery

Ship the parts to the address below.
Remove all Gauges and other Components.
Send only the plastic parts that need to be decorated.
Package the parts well to avoid breakage. We recommend wrapping each part in bubble wrap and using a carton large enough to provide cushion between the parts and carton wall.
Allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
I did use Instrument Specialties about 3 years ago to rebuild the gages in my 67 GTX and they did a great job at a reasonable price. They farm out the bezel refinishing however.
