I made a purchase with Vans Monday. Paid with Paypal and have heard nothing since. Are they that busy? Anyone else have this experience? Thanks.

Anything I bought from them has been ok. Have a order in now that I placed Wednesday. I did call it in.

Ordered a few times online ..... never a problem. Actually quoted one price for shipping which was fine after billing they found a cheaper route and refunded the difference . Pretty decent imo

I do know that they are not going to be vendors at any shows this year. Maybe they cut their staff.
They have always been a great seller with good customer service.

I placed an order for a part with them on Monday. Original tracking stated delivery on Monday the 29th, updated tracking says it's out of delivery and will be here today.

I've bought a lot of stuff off of them with no problems at all. I'm trying to remember if they send you an email right after the order like Summit and Jegs do, my memory says they do not . Not sure if this is what your talking about.

I place my order with them through ebay on Monday morning. Later in the morning, I received the order confirmation from ebay. The tracking number came in the afternoon.

No more shows? They were always mobbed at Carlisle. Maybe the mail order business is good enough and it’s not worth the aggravation or paying someone else.

Those large shows are very expensive to attend as a vendor. Not surprised they quit... And I used to be the guy selling vendor spaces.
They're about 45 minutes from me. I bought an 8.75 rearend from the owner, Duane, about 11 years ago. He's a good guy to deal with. He walked me through their warehouse, which was cool to see. They weren't a huge operation at that time as far as staff goes - probably about the same now?
My order came yesterday and I placed it Wednesday after lunch. Drop top where are you located? Did the accept your payment? Possibly you did not complete checkout if ordering on line.

Update. Never heard back from Vans but item arrived Friday so we're happy.

Vans was a presence at Mopars in The Park in Minny
Reading this thread , looks like that won’t happen this spring
I remember when Mega Parts pulled out of the Mopar Nationals many moons ago
Hopefully they will return this year
I spend a ton of money with them every year at Mopars in The Park
And both vendors are in my home state
