Have only watched the trucks practice a bit but thinking they will put on a good show during the race tomorrow.....
Been to a couple myself. There's a local (well, within 20 miles) track and the one time I took my X to it, the wind was out of the north and guess where the stands were? Yep, on the south side front straight and she wore contacts after I told her it might not be a good idea. She didn't want to go anymore lolI Love dirt track racing, been to alot of racing in PA, Mercer and Sharon speedways. 440'
Leave the dirt on it!! Problem solved lol. Imo, they ruined Bristol when it was 're corn figured' and made it where it wasn't so hard to pass.gonna be interesting
I may actually even watch that race
back to the old days 'night races on dirt',
many of their roots
one hell of an undertaking to do that
& to clean that dirt off everything after
And high banking!!Nothin' better than Short Track on Dirt, Runnin' Big Blocks !
Everything you said except for 'go Kyle Busch'!!It's going to be great to watch all that horsepower on dirt. IMO, if they can pass, it will be the best racing that NASCAR has seen in a long time.
Go Kyle Busch!!
Like Budnicks mentioned, a lot of those guys cut their teeth in dirt track racing. I imagine that there will be a lot of bumping and a lot of hurt feelings before it's all over.Everything you said except for 'go Kyle Busch'!!
I certainly hope so or it ain't dirt track! 440'Like Budnicks mentioned, a lot of those guys cut their teeth in dirt track racing. I imagine that there will be a lot of bumping and a lot of hurt feelings before it's all over.
What they don't wet the track anymore?Based on what I saw in practice today it's going to be a chaotic weekend. I plan on watching the truck race too. That is if we'll be able to see through the dust of a full field of cars in a bowl!
