So i am close to firing up the 440 and wanted to prime the oil system. I have a pressure tank which i filled with oil and attached to the sender fitting and pumped the oil in the engie. All went well
the i figured i would prime the pump but i couldn't find my primer. so i though i would cut a 5/16 allen wrench weld to it and all that that hassle.
But, my extended torx bit that is used for the Ford 5.0 plenum to go down between the middle runners has a 5/16 hex shaft Well what do you know it worked like a champ.
it is a 3/8 drive snap-on torx bit especially designed for the 5.0
