I thinking about replacing my stock Carter AVS #4428S with the Edlebrock 800 cfm, #1913 with the electric choke.
From the reviews I've read and watching Edlebrock's videos, I like the new carb, especially the annular boosters. Seems like it will burn cleaner and perform well.
My '68 Charger is bone stock, having completed a n & b restoration a couple years ago.
Has anyone installed the #1913 on a stock 440? Were you able to maintain the stock appearance with the fuel line, original silenced air cleaner, linkage, etc.?
I would like to try the #1913, but I want to maintain the stock appearance as much as possible.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

I used to run a 1905 in place of my 4429 and it did run great, but I eventually got some minor issues straightened out with my original AVS and still using it today. I opted for the manual choke version so I could make it work with the original thermal choke instead of having additional wiring. Stock fuel line and air cleaner were direct-fit. I did have to get a new inlet fitting to accept the stock line.
