How far does the clutch pedal travel on a 68-70 b-body? I need the distance of the pedal from when at rest to fully depressed.

Thanks!

Honestly, that depends on where the pedal is "at rest". Sometimes the at rest position is above the over-center spring (pedal all the way up) and sometimes it ends up below that over-center spring. Below the over-center spring, there is a range of where the pedal can end up.

Curious, why are you asking?

There is a rubber bumper to stop the up swing, make sure its there,,,,,and the clutch pedal, when in the up position, should be equal in height to the brake pedal,,,

Correct, the rest position is determined by the rubber stop. Reason I'm asking is that I'm fabricating a mounting bracket for my hydraulic clutch master cylinder. The MC has a total max travel of 1.12" and knowing the pedal travel allows me calculate the correct position of the MC.

When you get it all ironed out I would be interested in how it worked out!!!!
