I can’t even seem to be able to give these away! Any ideas how I can get rid of these two tires and rims . Tires are in good shape and the rims are ok condition

14 inch aren't very popular these days. Put them out by the curb. Someone might steal them! Good luck!

Looks like the “unilug” with the slotted opening. That and 14” probably someone who needs something for a roller.

Where have you advertised them ? What are the ages of the tires ? Are the rims just dull or pitted ? Hard to tell by the pictures. Big market for 14" tires with guys who stay with stock rim size on mid 60's thru mid 70's cars. Have the tires carefully dismounted from the rims ( no bead cuts) and sell seperately.
