Has anyone related their Poly 318 "dizzy" to a new electronic unit?

I used a Pertronix II kit inside my single point distributor on my 62. Might be worth a look.
 
I installed a Pertronix 1 kit in the Poly stock distributor and in many of my other cars. Never a problem.
If you don't mind the look of the big cap, what the heck, go for it !
 
I agree with the pertronix, and disagree with the gross chevy ice cream pail.
 
Looks like the Petronix 1 kit is now being replaced with the Petronix II

ski, FYI, read the directions. I believe the Pertronix 2 you have to by pass the ballast.
