Damaged front leaf spring mount

For the life of me, I cant figure out what caused this damage..hope the pics are clear enough.
Maybe dragged over something? Had to cut the passenger side mount out to get the hanger/spring off.

I wonder if someone tried to lift the car there. Hows the frame rail?
 
That wouldn't happen to be on an orange 69 Charger with a flag on the roof, would it?

a little off roadin is what happened there
 
If the car was a wrecking yard rescue, the flatbed trucks did it loading with no wheels and tires.
 
Looks like you need to pull out the welder.
 
A friend of mine has a 69 RR With very similar damage. But he knows it was in an accident that involved the right side of the car. Remove the damaged parts and weld in new parts.

Hmm, there was damage to the right quarter panel for sure, just trying to picture how it would happen that way..but yes, pass side is cut out. driver will follow.
