To put the "Economic Recovery Pandemic Check" to good use, I am looking for a complete reproduction B body Hemi exhaust system for my Charger R/T. The current compilation of oem components is nearing "end of life" at nearly 40 years old. Looking for members experiences with certain systems. Accurate Exhaust, Gardner Exhaust or ECS. It appears as though ECS does not offer integral resonators and tailpipes for a Hemi car, but I have yet to call and confirm. The cost of shipping is obviously a concern, especially since I am in Canada and the border remains closed. I believe TTI is good but do not offer a complete stock reproduction system.

Any thoughts and experiences from the members are greatly appreciated.

Talked to Gardner a few months ago about an H-pipe. They only do whole systems, wanted $1450 for my 66 Satellite. Your Charger would be a little more with resonators.
Edit: Not positive on the price.

My experience with TTI was not so good. Knowing what I know now I would go with Accurate.

Following along...I've heard ECS is more for the numbers/show crowd as compared to accurate exhaust.

I believe FlowMaster makes a Stainless System (300 series) for B bodies when you do a
Gen 3 engine swap. I can't see how this system wouldn't fit perfectly with a little custom
work where it hooks up to the headers/Exhaust manifolds. I'm thinking of it for my 440.

Thanks for the replies so far. Let me clarify my needs. Since my Charger is a numbers matching older restoration, although I do drive it, I am looking for an OEM correct reproduction exhaust system, including the resonators in the tailpipes. The system that is currently on my car is all factory components, purchased over 40 years ago when you could still get them from Ma Mopar. I wish to replicate as close as possible that original exhaust. Nothing like the sound of a Hemi through the original exhaust at 6000 rpm.

Give Don a call at his shop as he fabricates factory style exhaust systems duplicating all of the factory flats and welds. He will sell you the various pieces based on your needs. He can also provide you with the factory style mufflers and may still have some of the Dale's Cuda Shop Hemi resonators in stock as well.

I have Dons pipes on my 66. Fits like a glove.

My car has nos mufflers but IMO is too quite.
I may look into something slighty louder in the future.

Bill, glad to hear that the Hemi exhaust worked well on the 66. Don's exhaust is built off of assembly line correct pieces. He actually makes up systems to be 100% complete or just a single piece based on your needs. I just sent out a system for a 69 Super Bee and Don supplied me a factory style muffler that has a deeper tone to it as per the customer request.
