Here we have two different style lug nuts on the '72 Satellite Sebring Plus. Both fit the stud with 1/2"-20 threads. However, one style uses a 3/4" lug wrench or socket and the other uses a 13/16" lug wrench or socket. What is the factory correct fastener? First photo shows four 13/16" and one 3/4". Thank you.

Yes they should be 13/16" on the 1/2" studs. The 7/16" studs on your early A will take the 3/4" nuts.

Just one more question then, are you guys verifying this with original factory equipped jacking equipment for 1972 BBody (i.e. lug wrench which I don't know what a factory one looks like)?

Like the OP said, the 1/2"-20 lug studs accepts both 3/4" & 13/16" lug nuts. I can attest to that because I have both sizes of lugs in my parts tubs. They both have the same thread pitch and both will spin on the 1/2-20 stud. What determines what size goes on what models is beyond me. I guess match the lugs with what your lug wrench accepts or vise versa.

My experience has been Mopars use 3/4", Ford uses 13/16". They both fit the same size stud, have the same thread pitch, and will interchange. I've never had a Mopar lug wrench that was anything but 3/4". Again my experience.

I have both 3/4" and 13/16" Mopar lug wrenches. Unless some PO slipped in a Ford lug wrench in a used Mopar I've purchased in the past.

I've done that before with custom wheels, most seem to use 13/16" with the 1/2"-20 lug nuts. I've owned and junked a few Fords in my time. Again, my experience with the cars I've owned and worked on.
