I heard on the news this morning that due to the severity of his injuries, the fuzz couldn't do a test on him to see if he was under the influence of any drugs. It was said that this is normal operating procedures with car crashes such as this.
 
Clearly the accident was caused by the Brother only getting 99% throttle when floored. He may sue Genesis.

no drugs, Rx, or alcohol or smell present

they didn't check his phone either for text or talking

no ticket either
I guess they have to see you speeding to give you that ticket

As long as he didn't hurt anyone besides himself, I can live with it. If he would have hit one of my family members, I'd own that piece of ****. Not his first Rodeo.

OJ was a gang leader at 10-12 years of age in LA, many run ins with the law till he was put on the right path to school and football. Not taking up for him at all just wasn’t born with the silver spoon up his but.

A Blood simple would be required by a warrant with a Judges approval , If the Operator of the vehicle was unable to be tested. The Sheriff did not seek search warrants for woods blood samples because there was no evidence of impairment to give them probable cause.

Sheriff cited speed as the sole cause of the near-fatal rollover crash. ???????

He was driving too fast for the road, conditions and driving abilities. Because he was behind schedule. According to the appointment time and distance left to drive in time remaining.
