Do you have a part number? I have a hook that I obtained for my ‘70 but it’s not the right one.
They are part # 2962688, 3464960 chrome bumper all green I have seen some Canadian cars had the face stamped with the part number and a different shade of green so they may have used another vendor and then a factory Grey hook which is painted grey for "Rubber" bumper and is part # 2962491 but unstamped.

I don’t think that I have the right one for you, the pivot pins are in the wrong spot. It was worth a try, though.
